who we are
Out of Harm's Reach is a grassroots Harm Reduction organization led by people with lived and living experience with substance use. Our mission is to reduce the number of accidental deaths, injuries, illnesses, and/or diseases related to substance use in our community through education, advocacy, and empowerment.
